"This place is a scam; please avoid going here if at all possible. The wait was long but that is expected at urgent care. When I did see the doctor we had a brief chat and was sent home being told I'm healthy nothing to worry about. Just drink some tea with honey. I got a bill in the mail for $25 which seemed reasonable since I was immediately sent home after seeing the doctor with no medicine prescribed. When I try to pay online somehow my $25 bill has turned to $337 with no explanation. Customer support has ignored any questions I raise about this they don't acknowledge the questions I ask. I attached images of the bill I received in the mail after going here and the bill I see when I login into there online portal."

"Was made an appointment over the phone, I got there & was taken back to a room. I waited for an hour and a half to see the doctor (for the appointment, not just walk in). I called the nurse after a full hour and a half and they came in, I told them I'm going to have to leave because my child care had to leave (I gave myself 2 hours for the appointment), the nurse was rude, I smiled and walked away. Such a frustrating situation. I would have never wasted 2 hours and a babysitter. We used to love Vancouver clinic, but unfortunately they have gotten to be one of the worst in Vancouver. What happened today (as well as what has happened in the past to other patients as I am reading in the reviews) is categorized as "absurdly late" which means there is structural and administrative problems. "run late (15–30 minutes), very late (35–45 minutes), or absurdly late (45–60 minutes or longer) have structural, administrative problems" I have been reading that 15-20 minutes late is considered too long to wait for an appointment. What I paid to take work off, paid the babysitter & paid my copay, I lost a lot of money & time I could have spent with my babies or at a clinic that has more integrity."

"I was going to have surgery on my arm today in building 2 through Dr. Caldwell. When I arrived the front desk lady, an older woman with dark hair and glasses, was very rude and condescending to me because I forgot my insurance card. Normally if forgotten the Front desk can just look it up with no issues. After I asked her to please leave me alone she kept speaking to me making comments. I spoke with someome supposedly in charge because of this and when they knew their Front desk person was wrong, I was accused of going to leave my children in the waiting room by themselves unsupervised even though my mother was with them. Looking for a reason to have me leave. Then right before surgery one of the nurses accused me of yelling at the staff even though they weren't there and didn't see or hear anything because I didn't yell at anyone. I left without getting the surgery for fear of retaliation by the Doctor, Nurses and Staff. And they said they were doing all this and I quote "To Be Helpful" I DID NOT YELL AT YOUR STAFF VANCOUVER CLINIC... PLEASE TELL YOUR STAFF TO TREAT PATIENTS WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. Clearly they were unwilling to take any responsibility and that's not people you want performing surgeries or providing medical care to people. They clearly did not want to provide me medical care because I would not allow them to be rude and horribly unprofessional to me. Not to mention that because I was having surgery, my phone and wallet were with my family who had left for a while to take care of some things until the surgery was done. The Clinic told me to "Only bring your ID and Insurance Card." I had no way to call anyone and no money. I had to walk an hour home because they wouldn't let me use a phone to call my ride. Additionally I hadn't eaten or drank anything since midnight on their advice because of the surgery. They took no responsibility and were only accusatory towards me. You should find a better place, maybe one the gives a Damn and treats everyone with dignity and respect."
