"From the moment we walked in, we were treated with the utmost respect and care. The nurses at urgent care check in were all so kind and fun; my 3 year old was scared at first, but they coaxed her out of her shell with stickers and fun. When we were taken into the room, the nurse was amazing and showed our child so much respect and kindness. The doctor was fast and efficient, and didn’t make us wait forever to see us. Overall, a wonderful and clean clinic with such great staff."

"Over an hour long wait despite scheduling an appointment. There were no emergency intakes while we were there, they just don't understand the sense of "urgency" an Urgent Care is supposed to have. Staff will rope you along saying you're next, but you'll sit there while at least 4 other people get called first. Save your time and go elsewhere, especially if it's an emergency. Madison the Medical Assistant has MAJOR attitude, likes to speak condescendingly, and violently yanked my arm around when taking blood pressure. I will not be coming back and I truly hope they no longer employ such disrespectful employees."

"Alicia at the front desk went above and beyond to help my sister who rolled her ankle. Only giving 4 stars as the clinic is marketed as being closed at 8pm when walk ins are not allowed after 7 and we came in 7:30. That's fine in primary care but doesnt really makes sense in an urgent Care setting and could be marketed more honestly. Was thank you to Alicia and the providers and nurses for taking care my sister after hours"

"Don't bother with this TVC urgent care. Each time I come in the dr. Is very dismissive and doesn't do a thing for you. I've been here multiple times and wait time is always long. Up to 2 hours even though there are few cars in the parking lot and no one in the waiting room. They put up a sign at 730 pm saying they have to many patience in urgent care so can't take anymore but there is an empty parking lot. All their patience must conveniently walk there? Very unprofessional staff. Go to a different location if you actually want medical help."

"Update: while I do appreciate the response from the owner, I have communicated with them. In fact, since the accident happened at my son's school, the school's insurance is supposed to cover it. I've repeatedly asked the Vancouver Clinic billing department to send the proper paperwork to the insurance company so I can get reimbursed. They have not done so. I've not been a fan of the Vancouver Clinic, but I decided to give this urgent care a try, after my son split open his forehead, because a friend of mine said they did stitches on her son and did a good job. The staff was very nice, but they didn't even bother to look at my son's forehead (which was covered with a bandage) until they had taken my insurance information, charged me the $50 co-pay and checked his blood pressure. Then she finally looked, called the doctor in immediately and told me I needed to go to the ER. I don't mind that they weren't experienced enough to handle the deep gash he had, what I do mind is being charged $50 (not to mention the $300 they charged my insurance) when they did nothing but take his blood pressure. I talked with their billing department, which is the worst I've ever come across, and they were unwilling to budge. If I could give zero stars, I would, however there was virtually no wait time and the staff was very nice so I suppose that deserves one star. I will never be back though."
