"They waited until the day of my appointment to say I needed a referral and so I get one. I call them they said yep we got the referral and so then they made another appointment almost a month later then the said they didn’t get the referral. I canceled my appointment and will also take my whole family somewhere else since these guys can’t do their job"

"Receptionist is always rude or at the very most not interested in being nice. I was just on the phone to make an appointment and she asked for the ID number of our insurance, I said I didn’t have it on me right now and before I had finished talking she cut me off with a “call me back when you have the card”. I’ve made appointments there and never had to give the card number over the phone. If it’s a new policy that’s fine but a small pause and maybe a “sorry we have to have the number to make an appointment now” would be nice. I’m going to go somewhere else and just pay for the exam out of pocket rather then give them my business, she has always irritated me how worried she is about how she looks and seems to hate her job."
