"I was looking up something and saw PFM had a 2 star rating. That's insane. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff there. Denise who is the front office person is amazing. She knew me after my first visit and is always welcoming. Tiffany one of the nurses there is so easy going and calm. And of course Dr. Narin. I have told my family and friends about her and now they all see her and love her too. She never has made me feel less than for any of my issues. She treats my children with kindness and they trust her too. These 2 and 1 star reviews are focused on a single incident not the practice as a whole. If PFM has an opening for new patients and you're looking.. this place is the way to go."

"I have never been treated more unprofessionally. The rudeness of the office staff and incredibly angry & aggressive office manager is just uncalled for. As a new patient I wasn’t comfortable giving them my SSN (previous victim of ID theft due to a 3rd party mishandling my info). The admin said if I didn’t provide my SSN I would have to pay in cash up front for my appointment, even though they’d already verified my health insurance. I said fine and gave her my card. I asked if they were billing my insurance at all and that’s when the admin brought the office manager out. Janet quickly became condescending and rude/pushy, she told me I was criticizing their office and being difficult and she canceled my appointment. I was like, what? I literally just paid you in full. She told me to leave or she would call the police. No joke, this happened, I was in shock and she just kept saying “we’ve done everything we can to help you but you just need to leave, you’re being too difficult.” Unbelievable."

"Dr. Merrill is amazing and the first Dr. I felt that really listened to me. She has made me so comfortable with her. I actually enjoy visiting with her, which makes appointments and annual checkups not a burden. She also cares for my children and they love her. We feel like we are visiting a family friend when we see her. She has taken emergency appointments that save us ER visits. The staff is amazing! My kids shots are done before they even know they are happening. I think its elizabeth? Who is an amazing employee who always remembers my kids and their names. Reception is also very sweet. I have had issues not recieving my bills, but they are so sweet when I come in and they let me know. It has never stopped them from scheduling me or treat me with anything but kindness. The only thing we can even say is that their patient rooms feel hot. :)"

"Dr. Nair is great, but the clinic manager will screw you over, call you a liar, and act like you're an inconvenience to her when you can't afford to pay bills that you shouldn't owe. It's probably better to go somewhere else rather than risk an encounter with the wicked witch clinical manager. She will do her best to ruin your life and blame you for it."

"Dr. Nairn was fantastic every time I went to see her, and the practice in general was very pleasant. Our insurance dropped PFM as a client and we were told directly by multiple people in the practice that that wasn't the case, and that we would continue to be covered. We checked with our insurance and they said the same. Six months later we get a call from PFM saying insurance has not covered over $3,000 of bills that it should have because they were no longer working together. We received no notice of this change, but the practice manager claims they notified everyone. Now we are stuck with bills that we wouldn't have if the practice manager had done her job correctly"
