"Excellent care from Johnathan and his team, including the MA and RN who treated my wound. Johnathan apologized as soon as he came in the room for the wait. Care from the team was very kind, caring and thorough. This is my second time at this urgent care in the last year. I recommend others come here for any urgent care needs. In fact, I passed an urgent care on my way here that would have been 20 minutes closer."
"I almost don't even know what to say. No stars are deserved... I sat in the ER in severe pain from 12:30 pm to 6pm and never once even seen the doctor.. when I would ask what was going on all they would say is I was waiting to see the doctor. Regardless of being busy I feel that leaving someone waiting for 5 1/2 hours is absolutely absurd. Now today I am still in pain and have no answers.. By far the worst hospital experience EVER!"
