"Every time I'm here, I'm made to wait in the waiting room for hours. People come in also as a walk in 35 mins after me and still get seen before me. I'm in so much pain and discomfort and begin to cry because I know I'm not going to receive help here. I am forced to leave here because I cannot get help. I want to just die, I hate this place so much. Nurses gathered to watch me leave. They weren't even helping anyone. They pulled the blinds to get a good look."

"The entire team, from front desk, to the MA, and the wonderful doctor were more than helpful, extremely friendly, and honestly made my entire day! Never would've expected that going into the walk in! Not only were they extremely helpful, kind and personal, they displayed a wealth of knowledge! My wait time was initially expected to be an hour and a half, but they had me in and out within an hour! Even under construction! Great team, I highly recommend! Thank you all!!"
