"If you can go somewhere else, you should. I was refered here by a local ER to be triaged for an MRI after a major car accident. My first appointment was triaged and I got in within a week from my accident... however my MRI was not triaged and my overall care has been lacking. I do not live locally. I informed the doctor of this and I was supposed to have my MRI refurral sent to Mt. BAKER IMAGING located close to me. This was noted in my chart and next to the order but the office staff refused to send my order for two weeks because they wanted to run my insurance and put me on their schedule to be seen instead. I called multiple times for them to just send the referral without running my insurance as I live over an hour away and would not be using them. The office staff said they'd put a note in my chart and get back to me. Long story short, they got approved through my insurance, scheduled me through them one month out and disregarded my request completely. I had to threaten to file a complaint over them refusing to let me get imaging near me to get them to send my refurral over. That phone call took 5 minutes and they called and sent everything over within that 5 minute phone call... however they did not triage it and Im still waiting. I put a note in my mychart to talk with a nurse and she confirmed I shouldve been scheduled urgently. She said she put a note in my chart for me to get an updated refurral and would get back to me when it was sent. This refurral has not been sent. Its almost been a month post accident. I came in person today to check on it and got the same run around. As of today, theres a note in my chart. (There wasnt one prior) and someone will get back to me. I swear if I require an surgery after this MRI I would rather commute to Seattle then be treated this way. While Im waiting on this MRI the only orders I have from the doctor from my original appointment advised is: no pt or treatment other than painpills and muscle relaxers and Im on a 10lb weight limit. Really loosing faith in this hospital chain as the only reason Im here is because the ER misplaced my chart twice, forgot about me and didnt get me seen in time for the MRI to be taken there. As I tell more and more people my story Im finding this isnt unusual for this chain. How depressing. I have pain, numbness, tingling, weakness and have been experiencing sleep apnea post accident and all they can tell me is, "we will get back to you" This is absolute torcher. I reached out to the doctor via MYCHART aswell and its been almost a week with no reply. Im losing hope and wishing someone cared."

"I guess it's just me but they are terrible about working with patients. I needed lab work done. The doctor's office kept sending it through the fax. But nothing came through. It was mainly because the other fax was broken. They refused to take a verbal order from the doctors nurse over the phone or to accept and email of the order. Done this before at other places. Big waste of my time and not very kind."

"This Dr. Is wonderful beyond words. Very through,caring. She took time to explain everything she was doing and finding. When my appointment was over I didn't feel like I wasted my time ( most Dr make me feel like I have). I would recommend her to everyone. She's a keeper"
