"I was scheduled to see yet ANOTHER provider after my previous 3 quit/had-to-drop-me in just as many years, and I was just informed today my newest one quit again before I could even see them. It's obvious the issue is with one of the higher-ups for this to be happening, but rather than fix the problem, they chose to rename the clinic to try and bury the past. I never want to go here again, especially after the time I spaced an appointment and precisely 5 minutes after I was supposed to attend it, I was called and informed it was canceled and was billed $100. Horrible when considering that's a common issue for people with ADHD, not to mention that often times the person helping you is 5+ minutes late too! I could've just joined anyway, at least got something out of it, and paid my normal co-pay."
"AVOID. This clinic is a nightmare. They used to be called King Health Assoc but changed their name, probably to escape the horrible reputation they have built. Turnover for providers is extremely high. My provider up and left, they scheduled me with a second, then a third, both of whom also up and left. They scheduled me for an appointment without me confirming it, and then charged me a no show fee when I didn't realize I was expected to show up for an appointment I had not made or confirmed. The guy who manages this office is unprofessional, the care is inconsistent, they do NOT care about their clients. AVOID AVOID AVOID."
"This is the most incompetent facility in the county. Dangerous individuals running the clinic, and an office staff that should be prosecuted and charged along with the clinic office manager. They need to be reported to the state attorney general for their malpractice."
"New King Health same as the old King Health. Constant turnover of providers and large gaps in refills due to these staffing changes. Apparently the only thing worse than being a patient at "Emerge" is actually working for them. Go anywhere else."
"Don’t be fooled. This is king health with a new name. Same owner. Lack of continuity of care, providers come and go quickly. If you are looking for a reliable practice this is not it."
