"The activites are great but it's so dirty. Is doesn't seem like they clean the place at all. You can visibly see grime build up. They need a good scrub down, and deep cleaning here."

"My 16 month old loves this place! We usually go on Thursday afternoons and it’s never busy and the price is fair. He just plays and plays and gets interaction with kids around his age as most of the kids I’ve seen there are toddlers. They have a good array of toys and I feel like every time I’ve been, there has a been a new toy that my son loves to play with. I will continue to visit here to burn off some of my sons endless energy."

"My 2 year old daughter loves this place however rules are not enforced which can lead to safety concerns. At least if your child does get hurt it will void the waiver we all signed and can file a lawsuit…"

"My toddler actually gets the most out of this place. We tried taking her to the children's museum in Olympia, and it didn't work out for us. We spent all that $$$ (more than $40 for 3 admissions), but we didn't really get to use all of the places in the museum because my toddler is way too young to understand what's going on to even apply her skills to those areas. The children's museum is a great place for a kid who wants to learn. My toddler just wants to jump around and be crazy. I actually wanted to go to South Hill Mall for shopping, but my toddler led me to this place because she saw slides and balloons. All you have to do is to sign up for your phone to be registered with the place, which the internet at South Hill Mall sucks for my T-Mobile, so the attendant had to register it for me. Anyway, she advised me the registration would be valid for 3 years from today. It's basically $12 including tax on the weekends per kid, and you can stay there as long as you'd like. It isn't charged hourly. My toddler has a blast at this place. She loves the area with the fan blowing the balloons around and the bouncy/ slide area. Lol ! I am definitely coming back here for my toddler to exert her crazy energy out!"

"This place is disgusting! At first when they opened it was nice and clean! But now i took my 3 kids yesterday and paid 10 dollars each so total of 30.00 and if i wouldve known it was this nasty i wouldnt of brought them here! They dont clean or wipe down anything, they had tape around things instead or replacing them. Blocks were sticky and the fans had alot of dust in them. The net to the jumping part had a hole, which could be so dangerous!!! The stairs are coming apart even the air just feels gross. Never again. Oh plus now they are charging for infants too which is ridiculous."
