"I generally like everybody here. The problem is with UW takeover. More and more I encounter technological discrimination. I am told to contact clinic with MyChart, BUT I cannot scan barcode. Today I had a question for Sam , but I am barred access for tech reasons. Welcome to Dystopia!!!!! Stephen N Carter... the type of electronics you have will determine your level of service. "Yes going through uw scheduling is frustrating however they expedited a visit to the physician . I was very pleased how my appointment was handled at the clinic. All the staff were professional, caring and friendly. The Lopez Community needs to support the clinic or we will end up with no medical services on the island."
"The staff is fine. Dealing with UW call center is a nightmare. No surprise they have set up their business to make maximum profit, not best serve the community. Lopez lost a huge asset when we allowed the UW to take over our facility."
"I tried to call and confirm an appointment for somebody that I had to transport and they were unable to give me that information by phone... Apparently all calls are routed to a call center now instead of directly to the clinic itself. That can be kind of a problem. There should be a way I can call directly to the clinic"
"While I like Dr. Wilson and a couple of the staff are nice and helpful, this place is poorly run and incredibly frustrating. I’ve had rude service and not had calls returned and all kinds of things. Recently another issue has also been problematic. I find things worse, not better, since they changed to U of W. It’s a shame as I know Dr. Wilson and some of the staff really work hard."
