"Wasted 30 mins of my life coming to Quest! 1) They don’t do more complicated stuff like blood smears. 2) They didn’t accept my faxed lab work request because it did not have “Quest test codes”. Most of these tests are very basic like vitamins etc. So pretty much unless your provider works with their internal system, Quest will refuse you. After being shown the door, I asked my provider to call this location and provide these tests codes. She received a rude reply from Quest technician “I don’t have time for this”, and I had to take my lab work elsewhere. What a disaster"

"I had the most comfortable lab experience where the staff was truly amazing. The person attending to me was exceptionally kind, patient, and, most importantly, skillful in drawing my blood without causing any pain. I'm definitely going back there for my next blood work."

"Labcorp moved down the street. Quest is on the right side of the building once you turn in from the street. There was no desk employee. They had an iPad check in. I made an appointment online. I had to get my blood drawn and got in and out in 15 minutes. The process was efficient and the phelobtomist did a great job. He was polite and friendly."

"First of all, the posted office hours on the front door is wrong. I wasted a drive trip just to find out that. Second problem is the automated phone service. There is no way you can speak to a real person in the office. Their convoluted menu system makes sure you will never find out their extension numbers. The last issue is the incompetence of the staff. Tylor, the employee who did the health screening for my wife, could not find her vein to do the blood test. As for my own health screening, he skipped the height measurement, and asked me to tell him my height number instead. This is not the way a proper health screening should be done."
