"No swings which is a bummer for the kids. The teacup spinner broke recently which was their favorite. Nice place to walk the dog, or bike/roller skate around the outside. Wide open grassy areas but very muddy during winter. Nice covered area with picnic tables, could be nice for a birthday party :)"
"Smaller very beautiful park for the area. It has a big open field next to it across the street perfect for running dogs! There is a view of mt hood in the pictures that is the best I've seen in Vancouver. Also, in the field across the street if you walk up the hill on the northern side you can see Mt. St. Helens AND hood in one view. The only area I have seen so far with both in plain sight up that hill/mountain. The pictures are of Mount Hood but it's kind of hard to see it in these pictures. These pictures are of the field across the street and not of the park. But they're right next to each other and make it perfect area to exercise, walk, run dogs, see a view, hang out, meet friendly neighbors."
"Nice open neighborhood park. Has the 'new school' play structures. No swings or slides. The kid didn't seem to mind. Pavilion on site with about 6 picnic tables."
"Fun place to take kids. Big field for pick-up ballgames. Covered picnic tables. Great access for neighborhood and visitors. Great paved walkways. Dog friendly. Near WSU Vancouver campus."
