"I purchased a couch from mor and within the 2 years I’ve had it, it’s broken 3 times . I’m now waiting 12-16 weeks for parts to be mailed. What a waste of my warranty time. For the price you charge I feel you should have better quality in your furniture. I also shouldn’t have to wait 4 months for something to be fixed when I paid $400 for warranty. I would not purchase from mor again."

"Just purchased a powered sofa and love seat for a great price. When we first visited, we worked with Ahmed and he was very helpful in explaining the features of the product. We were undecided and wanted to look at other places and compare. We decided to come back a few days later and was helped by JR. He was also very friendly and helpful in explaining the warranty coverage for the sofa and love seat. Customer service was excellent and the showroom is huge with all kinds of furniture sets. We will definitely be coming back as I have my eye on a matching table."
