"We purchased a futon 1.5 years ago, it was in a room that was never used, now we are moving and we have used it 5 times to sleep on. Within those 5 days the mattress has be come flat on one side. And the futon has shifted downward on one side by a couple of inches so you can not lay flat any longer. I paid over $800.00 dollars for the futon and mattress and would have thought it was of better quality."
