"I had hired this company before, and was very pleased with their work.We had spent $25000 to get our dining room fixed Which included a new deck above it..and walls. However I am highly disappointed in them as of late. I reached out to them so they could do more work. I was told that I would get a quote by a certain day And that did not happen 2 weeks went by, and as I try to reach out. I kept getting messages saying I will call you back not once did they call me back. You would think after a customer gave you $25000 a year ago? You would treat them a little better regardless of the situation very unprofessional...... They knew I had a deadline.... No excuse for not contacting me.. I use to recommend them but now I can't. Disappointed."

They installed new 1 hour firewall siding on our garage - a VRD requirement that for anyone else would have been a serious challenge - but it went unbelievably smoothly and we passed inspection with flying colors. "I called and ask for a bid to have a tin roof installed on my shed. He was very responsive came over as soon as he could explain to him what I wanted. Said he'd be back Saturday after 5:00 cuz he had another job he was doing. And showed up at 5:30 and we're done by 8:10. After Ray explain to him what I wanted they got to work and got her done. Price is very reasonable I will be having him build a deck for me next spring. He's busy you patient because you'll be happy with the job when it's done."
