"It's not okay to generalize. Normally, I would say extremely negative things about a place who is prejudice. That "fat dude" in there was very rude to me. I'm new in town and yes I'm in a situation but a miracle happened when I came to purchase in there and was a happy customer and he was friendly. He accused me of intentionally kicking cat food and I didn't. I defended myself by saying I didn't. I asked him to show me the camera and he was extremely rude generalizing saying "you homeless people" and we don't care. He messed with the wrong one. I actually was on an important call. I was being hired at a job. When you're desperate for a job to get out of homelessness and you get a call, everything what you see in the world fades and your hoping for that answer and I got it while " accidentally pacing back and forth kicking cat food" but he wouldn't listen and kept insulting me. I'm glad I found a better store but if you're in the area and not homeless, you're fine, you'll be a happy human. Thanks."

"This shop is a go to for all your smoking needs from basic smokes to elaborate glass pieces and everything you could think of in between. Don’t let the haters make you opinion for you to and see for yourself I know for me the guy in the morning is A+ in my book on customer service."

"Had a really bag experience. Just stopped in for juice and asked the price of the coils as well. We said "the coils here (tigard) are a lot higher price then what we usually get" and we got a cool back. Followed with me noticing she grabbed the wrong nic after we said twice 6 nic. She got incredibly rude and defensive. And then we were told that there's other shops after our transaction was completed and we were walking out very rudely. So dont worry, we will never return to this store."

"Bought a disposable vape here. The coil burnt out after literally 2 puffs. The manager refused to even attempt to resolve the issue. Claiming the owner would never refund or come to any compensation for faulty product. Manager refused saying he had no authority and wouldn't even call the owner just to try and help. They basically stole my last 25$. Boycotting this place, please pass this on. Worst customer service w/ a 'policy' placed to steal from the vape community."

"So my experience the last time I attempted to come in to look for a new water pipe. I was NOT ALLOWED to browse before making any purchase. I was told that to buy anything I needed to already know exactly what I want to buy prior to entering their unlit establishment. If you don't have photos of each piece of merchandise including prices so you can be sure of what your item costs on your website, How could I possibly know exactly what I want to buy if I can't look it up anywhere? If you only want to sell kratom, cigarettes, blunt wraps? Turn it in to that kind of store? Seriously this has been my least favorite place to shop ever since this one particular employee has been working there. I was told that their policy is to only help one person at a time, and if someone else came in behind me? I couldn't look around and shop, I had to either make a purchase right that second or leave the store. And if I walked out to let the person behind me be makes their purchase? I wouldn't be allowed to re-enter the store for any reason. So I couldn't look at the merchandise or ask questions? When I asked to make sure I was hearing all this correctly? The cashier said it was the state guidelines that make up these rules until the epidemic is over, all smoke shops have to enforce this policy. I just don't get their one person can be helped at a time rule And no looking at anything rule. I know of No other smoke shops who enforce these rules. It was a bizarre experience. I am more than happy to not ever ATTEMPT to shop at All Stop again. Other smoke shops are welcoming, lit up so you can see, and invite people in to browse to their heart's content. I was just trying to shop at a local place and show some love to my community, and this was the reception I received. I will happily shop some where else."
