"Impressed...I am surprised with all varieties of wines and beers in the store, like you can find any of your needs from here. The cashier is super friendly and hospitable with all my questions. The prices are reasonable compared to other stores in the area, I would definitely come back here for other purchases."

"I recently went here to purchase Glenlivet 12 scotch. I grew up in a Scottish community, so I know my Scotch and I am especially familiar with Glenlivet as it was a local favorite growing up. It, in-fact, is my favorite scotch. I purchase it for special events or as gifts several times per year. I had never shopped at Total Wine before, and I'm very disappointed with my experience. I bought the Glenlivet last week and opened it a few days ago. At first taste, I knew something was off. It tasted nothing like the scotch I know and love. It actually tasted rancid. I'm well aware alcohol does not technically expire, but the bottle I purchased tasted contaminated. I went back to the store, explained that something was wrong with the bottle, and was denied a return or any other remedy to the situation. I feel this was an in appropriate response. Total Wine has a responsibility to protect customers and provide remedies when something is wrong with a product. I'll be reaching out to Glenlivet directly to let them know they have a batch issue, since clearly Total Wine won't be doing anything. This was my first and last purchase at Total Wine. I recommend purchasing this product at Fred Meyer or Costco."
