"I have never experienced anything here like some of the reviews describe. Despite frequently being very busy, the staff here make this place a solid choice. They are not only incredibly helpful but also patient and willing to educate customers about their medications, and even processes related to insurance and prior authorizations, etc. A special shoutout goes to Elizabeth, who went above and beyond to assist me, being super communicative, friendly, and diligent. Solid drug dealers."
"Great staff, but very understaffed. Closed on weekends. Impossible to get a hold of over the phone. Combined with the general awful behavior of insurance companies, I recommend giving this place a break and going somewhere else."
"They do not answer their phones at all, stating Staffing issues, and when you go in there's a lot people in line because they don't answer their phones. Horrible customer service, switched pharmacies and so did the five people around me sitting in line they were going to too."
"The worst ever. Waiting for my prescriptions for more than 2 months. they keep saying that they need prior authorization, and my PCP says that they sent it to them. For another medication they keep saying 2 that it will come in 2 weeks every 2 weeks! Horrible place! not only they are not helpful, they are also rude!"
"Do not use this location. They are never open during their posted hours. Horrible wait times on the phone. Terrible pharmacy overall. This is literally always up during their normal business hours. Do NOT use this pharmacy."
