"Greeted quickly for my first appointment when I entered, treated properly by office staff. Was taken back to a treatment room on appointment time scheduled and met my care team. Absolutely delighted with the experience, thoughtful and through body check and treatment of skin issues."

"First let me say I understand how limited we are in regards to medical care on the Olympic peninsula, particularly Dermatology. There are not too many dermatologists around. I had an appointment at 9:15. I got there about 10 or 15 minutes early. Took about a half hour (after my appointment time) to get me into the examination room. And I waited some more. They open at 8 I believe, so it is hard for me to understand how they can be that far behind already. There were at least four staff members there in addition to what I believe was either a doctor or a PA. After 45 minutes total time (after appointment time) I couldn’t wait any longer. I had other commitments. So I asked them to refund my co-pay which they did and I left. Pretty uneventful but the service was horrible and I think we all need to let doctors know and doctors offices that this is really unacceptable. We pay a lot of money for health insurance and treatment and our time is valuable as well. Find another office if you can."

"Staff was courteous/helpful, appointment was prompt, care was thorough. Care team was attentive and responsive to my needs. Recommendations and instructions were explained clearly. Just a heads-up: waiting area was very cold due to water delivery & patients coming/going with all seating being close to the doors. Fifth star awaiting timely/accurate receipt of lab results and prescription. ****updated to add 5th star & I'd give more if possible. Matthew Rand PA-C went above and beyond, contacting me on a weekend with important results, providing me with 24-hr access to address questions/concerns, and ensuring that my serious diagnosis was taken care of immediately. He was kind and professional."

"The staff greeted me when I came in and were very nice. I had a very short wait to go back to my room. The gal that took my info in the room was very professional and she was a pleasure to talk to. Dr Rand came in quickly, him and his assistant were very knowledgeable and took time to talk to me. It was a good visit, Dr Rand has a good plan for my care. I’m happy they fit me in there practice when they shutdown the dermatologist office in Sequim I was going to."
