Skunk Brothers Spirits is a craft distillery located in Stevenson, Washington, where high-quality award-winning grain-to-glass spirits are made right in the Columbia Gorge. Specializing in Peated Bourbon, Moonshine Corn Whiskey, Sweet Apple Pie Brandy, and Seasonal Fruit Cordials, Skunk Brothers Spirits prides itself on fine-tuning and hand-crafting their distilled spirits from local ingredients.
Founded by a family of disabled veterans, Skunk Brothers Spirits is dedicated to producing small batch spirits using their grandfather's prohibition-era moonshine recipe. The distillery offers a unique experience through their Barrel Club, where members can participate in the entire process of making aged whiskey, from cooking the batch to bottling the bourbon.

"Their bourbon is good. It's lower proof but full of flavor. Their Small Batch Corn Whiskey is stunningly good. Blends well, but also on its own is simply divine. Once they do a barrel proof bourbon they'll be on the map and a tourist attraction for sure. Definite talent and vision here..."

"We visited the distillery after my Dad met a few of the owners at the Bingen Art and Wine Festival. My Mom and I are not Bourbon drinkers, but my Dad is and we were all eager to learn more about it. Spoiler: we left with a bottle of their clear moonshine Whiskey and two bottles of the Cinnamon Whiskey. One of which they shipped to New Jersey for me! We were greeted by Matt, a Head Distiller, and for the next hour or so he gave us generous tastings and did our tour- walking us through the entire process of what they do and how different spirits are made there. It was fascinating and so cool that it’s a true family business. “Skunk” is Matt’s Grandpa, who we also met, and their stills are named after their great grandparents- original moonshiners. Come early on a weekday if you can- we had what felt like a private tour but I imagine any time you go there they will be incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home (whiskey drinker or not!)."
