"*This is specifically for the custom framing and not the store overall* You'd think buying a custom frame for $250 the least they could do is put your photo in straight or check with you that everything is perfect before they seal it. Waited two weeks for my custom frame that cost about $250 and it took about an hour to put in the frame and it was not in straight. They kept helping other customers while they were supposed to be dealing with us, that's fine, but I feel customer satisfaction wasn't priority so instead of waiting another hour+ I just pointed out it wasn't straight and left. Now I'm order to fix the issue that shouldn't exist I have to cut open the frame. The frame itself also had chips and missing some point that what noticed until the plastic came off. Not a $250 experience, more like $100 tops"
