"I go here everytime and Im happy with the cut and price, great place. But today, however, Diana wasn't there and my wife went in. She said there was someone else cutting hair and Diana wasnt there. She said the guy before her complained about his cut and was charged double (or at least tried to) but he refused and paid the original price. My wife said this lady was rude, impatient, dissmissive, and unproffessional. She didnt do anything asked of her (Layers) she just chopped it off and tried charging double (again). When she ran her hand through her hair she found male hair on her hands. (Did'nt wash any tools). So my advice, ask for Diana. She does a great job."
