"Never going back to splash again!... I've been getting my nails done with them for over a year and noticed that the customer service has poorly dropped. Went in to get my nails taken off and the tech didn't even bother to soak them, he pooped them off (like I could have done at home) and COMPLETELY damaged my nails!!! My pedicure was done in a rush and they don't really scrub your feet or nails anymore. I'm done with them, save your money unless you want to pay them to damage your nails and rush you out after they empty your pockets."

"I have been coming to Splash for a very long time. Since before Stephanie bought the business. I have gotten to know many of the staff as there is turnover every so often, just like most jobs. I’ve read through many of the reviews, and wanted to share my experience and some tips. As a fellow business owner, I can also relate to the stress of staffing, when certain times are really slow and others are very busy. I have seen both just in this year. I definitely recommend an appointment even if you call that day, which I usually do. Then they can let you know when it will be a good time to go in. However, they are also very accommodating for walk-ins. I felt safe to come during covid given their precautions even with a medically challenged child. And I have never gotten an infection in all my years of mani pedis. They were one of the first to add to dip in the area. And they have a ton of color choices. Every once in a while, I go to a different salon due to travel or to a friend inviting me to go with them, and I always find that I prefer Splash. I believe they are absolutely worth a try."

"absolutely excellent service and highly skilled nail technicians. the interior is clean, but a little crowded. the first manicure i got from splash lasted more than two months and was barely chipped by the time they were too long and i wanted to change it up. lily did a fantastic job with the pictured design, which was about $125 (dip for the ombre, gel for the design, plus the rhinestones)"
