I held the amount of hair between my fingers I wanted cut off. He proceeded to give me a complete buzz cut on the sides and back. I look like I just enlisted in the marines. I’m pretty traumatized and it’s my 25th anniversary weekend. He will never cut my hair again."
"Went here for the first time and the barber (guy with thick accent) did nothing like what I asked for. I asked for a really low fade, inch off the top, and a hard part. He buzzed my entire sides and back, did a hard part that swoops toward the middle of my forehead and then took off well more than an inch off the top. Not going back."
"Gail is a great hair cutter. But her occasional, unexpected, "snarky" attitude is a bit too much for me. After 5 or 6 cuts ... I shall not go back. There used to be 2 other barbers. Last I was there she was the only one cutting hair. Perhaps consider: Gail could use a lesson ... or 2 ... in proper customer relations."
