"Got my hair cut by this Asian lady a few weeks ago. Multiple times, maybe 3-4, she took off the gown and insisted my haircut was done, but I kept asking her to please cut off more. It took a lot of convincing and seemed pretty rude on her end. Still tipped her nicely, but she seemed eager to get rid of me. And my haircut’s not even that complicated, so 1 star. 2 because it turned out good after I demanded she cut off more."

"Got my hair cut by Michelle for the first time today and had a wonderful experience - will be back to see her again for sure! I have long hair, used to go to salons that cost $70-$125 for a cut, and stopped going altogether when COVID happened (had my partner cut for the past few years, non-professionally, which he did a pretty good job at!). But, I was finally ready to get it cut again by a pro, found Michelle after reading other peoples' positive reviews about her, and decided to give it a try. I felt zero judgment from her getting my home-hair-cut-hair tidied up, and she did exactly what I asked - kept it long, took the 2 inches off I asked for, no layers or texturing - just plain and straight. I've had stylists do all kinds of things I didn't want over the years, including the inability to do a plain straight across cut or taking off way more than I asked, so I was nervous going to someone new, and very glad that she did exactly what I hoped for and it turned out great! She's my new go-to-person and happy to have a new stylist I can count on :) Thanks Michelle!"

"Definitely hit or miss. It's all about the stylists on shift! I've had amazing haircuts and a haircut that required going to another shop right after. The overall best aspect is the wait time, never waited longer than 15 mins, and usually get a seat instantly!"
