"Paula has cut and highlighted my hair for a few years. Im always pleased with my cut and once a year color. Tonight she did a great job with my 10 yr old daughter who is wanting to grow her hair long but doesn't understand that she also needs to cut her hair to stay healthy. She listened to my daughter and came to a compromise on cut. She helped her see what she needs to do to maintain healthy long hair. "I made my first appt years after my former stylist retired. I was finally ready for a change after 30 yrs of long hair. I gave Paula free reign over my style changes as we talked about my lifestyle. She started by cutting off much of the length which allowed me to get adjusted to less weight. Second trip - layering, new bangs and more length taken off. After yesterday's complimentary bang trim, Paula was able to see how my hair is behaving. (I have some natural curl to my hair. Having it super long kept the curl weighted down and invisible.) I laugh at trying to keep my new bangs straight. Seattle rain/humidity brings out my "curl" and adds volume to my thinning hair. Paula is outstanding, and with each visit she has exceeded my expectations! I gave Paula my style challenge and trust her completely. Honestly, all of the hair stylists are lovely and I love going here every ~8wks to maintain a pixie cut. The studio is clean and the stylists always make sure that I am comfortable."
