After spending loads of money at the major stores, I realized IDI sells direct to the public. I also realized they deliver! SO AWESOME. Last year I couldn't find CertainTeed cathedral ceiling r-38 anywhere in stock and I needed it that day. I found these guys and was stoked to learn they sell to anyone (you don't need a contractors license like some other distribution shops). Quinn was great and got me set up with what I needed and on my way. My installation timeline was maintained and it was a huge relief. This week, because I like to create chaos for myself, I started my bathroom remodel. Finally, I know why the bathroom is freezing. And it will be the warmest room in the house when it's done. Andy, Derick, and Joe were excellent with all facets of customer service. Answered all my questions, helped me load up half my order and then went above and beyond when they delivered the remaining bit (that I couldn't tetris into my truck) the next morning. I will definitely be returning next year when we finally insulate the rest of the house. Obviously, I highly recommend them."
