CARSTAR Hi-Tech Collision Graham

"I backed into a tree limb last summer and it left a very ugly dent and peeled the paint away on my ram tailgate. I called CARSTAR Hi-Tech Graham made an appointment with Bill Millhollin to get a quote. Their quote was the lowest because the other 2 quotes wanted to replace the entire tailgate so I called Bill for a time to bring the truck in they removed the tailgate so I could keep the truck. 9 days later CARSTAR called said I could come pickup the tailgate. I’m very pleased tailgate looks brand new color matched perfectly and so quick getting it back. Very pleasant experience, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable but best of all I was kept informed as to where the tailgate was in the repair faze so I knew when they started working on it when it was being painted and then my phone call to come pick it up with a text message for confirmation. Super great service and so quick. Thank you CARSTAR!"

"Horrible customer service. The guy at this location was extremely rude to me when I interrupted his Netflix show he was watching behind the counter to ask for an appointment. Rolled his eyes at me and told me they were booked til I told him I wanted the next appointment, even if it was weeks away. He made me wait 2 weeks and when I came back and went to hand him my keys he said “oh I just need to take pictures. It will only take 3 minutes.” Guess he couldn’t pause Netflix for 3 min 2 weeks ago."
