"This review was for my experience trying to buy Benjamin Moore paint. I bought a sample of Essex Green the day before, which I loved. When I went to get this same color in a Gallon, it was incredibly off. When I got home to check it, it was more of a bright blue/teal VS the dark green that Essex green is. They argued that's how the color is even when the gallon version was not the same as the swatch. I asked for them to just color match the sample, but their software didn't work. I took the sample to Home Depot and they matched it without the fuss."

"The customer service at this location was non existent. I needed assistance and was told there was not enough staff, as an associate stood behind the counter eating crackers and watching the interaction. 2 people at registers, 2 at key station and 2 stocking shelves. 4 total cars in the parking lot but not enough staff to assist me. We will spend our money at another location from now on."

"It's a small Ace Hardware location in a suburban area (as implied by the name) but it has pretty much anything you need inside. Good use of space, and fairly well organized. Employees are helpful and efficient. I went in to get a spare key made and came out very quickly."

"Fantastic little (but big inside) neighborhood Ace, with key services, paint counter, online order pickup, wheelchair friendly, and plenty of knowledgeable staff to help. Every type of nut/bolt/screw/fastener/nail you can think of needing, and more in bulk (about 3 rows both sides). Great selection of fuses, locks, automotive liquids, and wiring supplies.
