"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I called and asked when a good time to come by for exhaust work. He said come right now I have time. I get here and he says 1.5 wait. I drove from Oregon City I didn’t have time to wait so I left and called back next weekend. He said be there at 9 am Saturday for an appointment. Nobody is here. I had to drive a total of 100 miles round trip and now they won’t answer my phone. I don’t get how they’re still in business."

"got a glowing recommendation to come here from a friend. arrived at 8am, when they were scheduled to open. no one was there to open the store until 8:15. Friends told me that he is happy to work with (compatible) brought parts instead of customers having to order parts through him. I said good morning and explained what I needed. Mechanic said they don't use parts brought in by customers, despite my friends having BROUGHT PARTS IN THE PAST to THIS EXACT LOCATION and they had NO issue with it. in reading reviews, ed's has worked with brought parts before. So this man just straight up lied to me. I know how to weld. it's not that hard. I just don't own the tools, myself. it sounded like he wanted me to leave because he didn't feel like working. I HATE saying that, because I don't think that any service worker should be obligated to bust their butt every minute of the day, but this was his job. both my friends who gave me this recommendation are also sorely disappointed. they're going to help me replace it themselves. they only suggested that I go to him because they needed an extension that they didn't have."

"Very rude and unprofessional, i called to complain about the very shotty welds on my muffler which has a leak in it now, was met with a very rude representative who did not help me at all, i paid 200 bucks for this btw"

"Total rip off. Went in for a exhaust manifold gasket. They said sometimes you need a new one if the old one breaks. I was qouted 1000 for both new. I got a new gasket and they supposedly fixed 3 broken bolts and machned my old one. 900 dollar's. I replaced the plugs and wires because they broke one of mine and told me it was new. It wasn't and there were all 5 of the same manifold bolts as before."
