"Don’t go here. If anything go to Top Nails that is cheaper, nicer, and they actually enjoy having you there. I came here for the first time on Friday to get a set of gel nails and the first time they didn’t even look like they were done by someone I paid. Even I could have done a better job. Two days later and the GEL NAILS CHIPPED. I called today to ask about getting them fixed and the guy seemed pissed off about it. I went in and he asked what the nail color was so I pointed to it on the nail chart and he ended up putting the wrong sparkle color on! Then I called again and asked him if I could get my refund because I was upset about having to go back again for his mistakes (the manager) so then he said no and was being completely rude towards me. He said to come in tomorrow so he could fixed them and I said can I come on Wednesday because I can’t tomorrow and he said if you don’t come tomorrow you can’t get them fix. Not only that but he said it was my fault and kept blaming me/ being rude. I then went in to get them fixed and all of the employees were just staring badly and pissed off. I am very unhappy and definitely don’t recommend this place."
