"worst haircut of my life, not only was the lady impatient but she also mangled my hair and left it a mess. i specifically asked her to cut the top of my hair WITH SCISSORS because i knew my hair was already damaged enough as it is and she went and cut it with the machine making it look as if i got a buzzcut. would give 0 starts if possible."

"We brought our 2 year old son, she told my husband that she was doing a hair cut and dye in front of we could wait so we did we waited 45 minutes outside! Then when we come in she told my husband if my son started moving that she was not going to finish the hair cut and CHARGE US BECAUSE IT IS A NEW LAW IN WASHINGTON!!!! which is a lie! I would give them 0 stars if I could!!!! It's obvious a kid will move!!!!! How dumb of her to say that!"
