"Really disappointed by my recent visit. I went in for nails and pedicures with my daughter... My nails were not shaped how I wanted them and my pedicure was severely lacking in quality - I paid for a deluxe pedicure, but didn't get any massaging, no hot towel exfoliation, and the gal just smoothed out the dead skin on my heels but didn't try to actually remove the dead skin. The prices were extremely high in my opinion ($25 just to paint glitter polish on fingernails in an ombre effect, which I didn't know until after they were finished doing it). On top of it all, the staff rushed us out of the shop even though they weren't supposed to close for another 30 minutes. Made me feel like I was an imposition, rather than a paying customer."

"Perfect Nails & Spa has been my family’s go to shop for at least 3 years. I had come a few times before that time. I have had nails and designs, and spa days (mani and pedi) done for my daughter, mom, man, and myself here and we have always appreciated their service and friendly faces and conversation. They have even welcomed me during times when my youngest was a grumpy toddler. I will post pictures of our nails done today soon. "I’ve been to this nail shop a few times to get dip powder. It’s not the newest or cleanest but my dip nails always last. Recently I went in the morning hoping to avoid the busier times. I was greeted by a woman who was clipping her toes nails in one of the pedicure chairs. I told her that I wanted to get a dip polish change and repair of cracked nails. She came over to get started on my nails and I asked her if she planned to wash her hands since she was just cleaning and clipping her toe nails. She claims she did but I didn’t see or hear that happen and if she did it must’ve of happened quickly while I was picking out a color. At any rate, I pointed out the nails that were cracked before she started with the dip and asked if they needed to be fixed before the dip and she said no, the dip powder should be enough to repair. I knew this was a lie but figured she was the professional so I trusted her. 3 days later my nails started breaking while I was doing the simplest things e.g. doing laundry, putting on my seatbelt etc. 7 days later this is what my hands look like. These are my real nails and they have never cracked like this. This is so painful because they are cracking at the nail bed and bleeding. I paid way too much for this to be happening. I thought I found a new nail shop but now I have to find another one. Apparently, she is a newer tech under the latest ownership."
