"If you have stick straight lashes like me, book a lash lift and tint with Michaela asap! She is very skilled at what she does, somehow getting a lift that lasts each time without drying out my lashes. The one and only time my curl wasn’t as much as I’d hoped, she got me back in for a complimentary fix. Plus, free parking, gorgeous views of the water, and great conversation while you get pampered. What more could you ask for?"

"They do a great job as long as they don’t cancel/reschedule on you. I had my first lash application and scheduled two filler appointments leading up to an important out of town event. The first filler appointment had to be rescheduled because my applicator person left the company. They adjusted for a day later than original appointment, which was not a big deal, however, on the second filler appointment I was notified an hour before that my new person would not be available to do my filler, and told there was no one else that could do it. Since I was leaving the next day for my event I had to call around to find someone else that could do my fill. My suggestion to the company is that they have multiple people doing lashes so someone can backup other employees in this situation. Having only one person doing lashes puts clients in an awkward situation. They are otherwise nice people and do good work."

"Experience really depends on the technician. Olivia did a fantastic job on my eyelash extensions and I highly recommend her, she is great and the results were beautiful. However, I had a previous appt with Tara that was far from stellar. I hope it was simply a bad day but it was actually painful (she pulled out multiple lashes when trying to fix older extensions that had flipped, and did not seem to care when I said it was hurting me) and I was left with globs of glue in my eyelashes that resulted in a lot of lashes and extensions being pulled out too early when I would try to brush them. Olivia was very kind and was able to remove the glue globs that remained. She also noted that there is actually a 3 day policy where they will correct a fill, I just wish I had known that previously as it would have saved me from walking around for 3 weeks with bad extensions."

"If you’re looking for a lash lift and tint definitely go here and see Christine! She’s super nice and friendly and so gentle while doing the process! Highly recommend! I have pretty straight lashes normally and when I wear make up have to put a few coats of mascara on or falsies to even try and see my lashes normally. And I won’t have to do that now. Highly highly recommend!"

"Decided to edit my review because after taking a little break from coming to this company for my lashes and then coming back about two weeks ago to see Olivia again it was a much better experience. I found I was no longer irritated by my past experience with canceling/rescheduling an appointment and the miscommunication(s) that occurred. Olivia is really great and always takes her time with my lashes to ensure that I leave their location feeling super confident and satisfied with my lashes. I love coming to this company and this location in specific, especially since I’ve tried 3-4 different lash places and honestly nowhere else that I’ve tried compared to the work that they do!"
