"Had a horrible road experience with one of their drivers. The vehicle license plate was C35633S with the name "Goodyear Commercial Tire and Service". This vehicle was tailgating about 2-3 feet from another car at 68 MPH in the HOV lane on I-5 North starting at around 175th St. This happened for several miles. We adjusted the cruise control down in 2mpg increments to adjust for their unsafe following speed and held speed at 60 mph They then passed and did a "brake check" at high speed. They ended up exiting I-5 at the HOV exit at 46th Ave W. The driver was a white male, looked to be mid-20s with facial hair. We reported the driver to Goodyear Commercial Tire and Service and requested a call back and never received one. I would suggest an investigation to determine the driver and for a report to be filed as this reckless action of trying to intimidate civilian drivers with a large vehicle will surely result in an accident one day. The driver should ideally lose access to commercial vehicles."

"The gentlemen working when I visited were all trying to cover for a coworker that was sick. They made a point of getting me in the same day for tire rotation, and they didn’t even charge me. I will be back as soon as I need anything related to tires. You guys are great"
