"Most of staff are wonderful. Today I had a terrible experience. I got hurt several times by someone who thought it was OK to remove cuticles with the rotating file. She proceeded to put shellac on my fingertips and used an old file that was completely flat (clearly had been used on other clients to somewhat polish my fingernails, which did not work) unsanitary and inefficient. I finally had to complain. This was not OK. I got $10 off... Very disappointed."
