"I asked Heidi to be gentle on my nails as I have been cut a few times at previous places. She was gentle and did a great job. I was happy that she understood what I was saying and the details I wanted...language barriers have been an issue in other places as well. The place is clean. The prices are high but I am willing to pay that kind of price if I get excellent and quality service. This was my first time there so I hope my experience will be this good each time."
