"Went in to get a tire fixed. I found a nail or bolt in it. Was told it would be about an hour. After it was over an hour, I went to the desk, realized it was now their closing time. I was told it would be another 45 min to an hour wait. If they were booked, just say that…. Don’t try and keep me there by telling me lies. I took my keys back and then was told sarcastically to have a nice night.. Have always been treated well here. I guess that’s a thing of the past… :( Still need my tire fixed…"

"I will not go back to this location. I went in for alignment summer of 22. Summer of 23 I went in for a regular tire rotation, had my alignment checked for free, as they offer it. I was told everything was good. Just went in recently for another rotation and was told my front tires are shot (they should have 40k miles of life left). When I asked at this Gresham Les Schwab how things changed so quickly they told me my alignment was bad and there are many potholes. I've had this car and lived in the same area for over 10 years. Something doesn't add up."

"Patrick and Melissa helped me when I was there a number of years ago. Their help went above and beyond making sure that I was comfortable putting on snow chains (that I had bought at another Les Schwab) on my vehicle. They had a tire that you could practice on and helped me until I felt comfortable. I was so grateful, especially as I had two young children and they were patient with them "helping" too. I just recently found my note with their names that I wrote down intending to give them a great review. I don't know if they are still there, but if they are, thank you so much - it really meant a lot to me!"
