Kite Paddle Surf

"I ordered and paid for a used slingwing HH wing from Kite Paddle Surf that I was really excited to find. After over week with no word from them I emailed asking about the status of my order. They replied that they couldn't find the wing. I was really disappointed. After some back and forth I finally asked if they would be willing to let me get the same wing with soft handles. The difference in the current retail price of the new wing and what I had already paid was $16. I was hoping they might cover that difference, but they wouldn't. I really couldn't believe it. I had purchased new kites from them in the past. And they are as close to "local" as anyone in my area. The best they could do was say "sorry for the inconvenience"."

"Cannot say enough good stuff about this company. I was having some trouble deciding which fin brand, and which sizes to go with for my 2 + 1 set up. I’m still a noob at surfing but I had built my own board and in the moment did not have access to it (aghast!). After a chat online with a real live person (Ethan you rock!) I place an order for a center fin and 2 side bites. After placing the order I received a text from Ethan saying that he didn’t think that the bites that I picked were going to fit with my fin-boxes. I mean he actually looked at my order and cared enough to make contact and fix my mistake. As it turned out I was able to find a photo (at his suggestion) and text it to him. He deduced that neither the center fin nor the bites where from the correct brand to fit the boxes! He deserves a raise!!!! Thank you Ethan! Side note…should the wrong fins have arrived…I would have been S.O.L when fins and board were united and no time to order more before my trip! Seriously…who give this kind of custom service these days!!!! These peeps do!!!! Thank you so much!"

He is very knowledgeable, relaxed, and helpful, and I was able to pick up on how to use the wing right away! I decided after the successful lesson that I would buy a full wing foil setup for myself, and he helped me choose all the best gear for my size and my growth in the sport. I got a full setup with modern gear and safety equipment for around $2500 - a good deal to me!
