"I have been going to Kimy Spa Salon for over 20 years now, since before she moved to her present location. I confidently say that Kimy is the best hair stylist in town. She is an absolute gem of a person, and her skills as a hair stylist are unparalleled. My hair is fine like spun gold so it is particularly challenging to cut. She has been cutting my hair in all of the different styles I have fancied over the years, from the high and tight military hair cut to the long and flowing look of Fabio, and she always gets it just right. What I love most about Kimy is her imperfection. Her salon is not perfectly clean, but it is always tidy and welcoming. The electrical cords to her clippers and hair dryers are all twisted up and tangled together, but that just adds to the charm of the place. Kimy is a beautiful busy woman with a family to take care of, but she always finds time to fit me in for a haircut. She can cut my hair amazingly quickly, and it always looks great when I leave. She is one of the most likable people I have ever met. She is kind, caring, and always willing to lend an ear. Over the years, I have gotten to know her a little bit from our conversations during my haircuts. She is married with several kids, and her family is just like any other family with bills to pay, hopes, dreams, setbacks, and minor victories.
