"Purchased a Dyson Airstrait for $400, on sale from $500. The item was not on the shelf, it was retrieved from the back and placed in a plastic bag. Noticed the next day that a different Dyson product was in the bag. Returned it and got a refund but manager Anna Lisa wouldn't provide the discount as the sale was over. They wouldn't fix their mistake."

"Brought my daughter here to use her gift card from Christmas! From the second you walk threw the door you're greeted by the sweetest assistants with beautiful smiles ready to help and serve you! We had an absolute angel help my daughter look for the perfect eyeshadow pallets and never lost patience with her when she was asking a million and one questions lol. They got her hooked up with the best deals and she was so excited and happy she got two beautiful pallets of the color selection she wanted. Definitely going back soon to pick up a few more!"
"Terrible customer service. I've been a customer for this ulta in my home area for a while now and I can now say you've lost a customer. I came in here with my daughter to shop and had a lady named Tara help unlock a perfume. When I told her what perfume I needed unlocked she kept telling me "Are you sure.. this is realllly expensive" I felt like she was doubting me on my money. When it was time to pay I went to my car to get my phone to pay with Apple Pay my daughter overheard her comment to another worker "I hate when people that don't have money or wear clothes that don't fit their body come here that Marc Jacob's perfume doesn't even suit her." I feel so uncomfortable coming back, that completely ruined my day. I'm a manager myself and commenting on someone's appearance and clothes is extremely unprofessional. When I came back to pay she kept looking at me and laughing with another worker. After hearing that I cried, I was already having a hard day and that was unnecessary. My appearance is something I struggle with and I didn't deserve that. I contacted customer service and no response."
