The studio is clean and calming, and the massage table was set up perfectly to support my belly. We started by discussing how my body was feeling and where I wanted her to concentrate. I then had my massage and facial which were incredibly soothing, thoughtful, and stress-relieving. Liliana is an expert at her craft and I have to say it's one of the best things I've done to take care of myself during pregnancy.
