"I thought the stylist was kind and easy to work with. Unfortunately she did not do the bob cut that I had asked for. She was shown a picture of what I wanted. I ended up with a cut that just looks bad on me. No shaping, all one length with a little texture that made my hair curl outward in some parts. Yikes. I had to pay for an entirely new service at a higher end salon to fix it! I also bought a 20$ product that was dried out hard and half evaporated!!!! Like whatttt? I’d say this place is good for simple cuts/trims."

"I went for side and back shave....enclosing pictures........ you decide. When I realized what had happened there was no hair left to fix. Will have to wear hair to that side to cover while it grows out. So, even though I was told Mary had 25yrs experience, it clearly wasn't in clipper cutting."
