"Fantastic Bike Shop! I rode the Cascade Bicycle Chilly Hilly today, came all the way to Bainbridge from Pierce County and forgot my cycling shoes (terrible planning on my part). I stopped in at Bainbridge Island Cycle hoping to buy some shoes before the race started and Tom loaned me a pair of his old shoes instead of selling me a new pair, he said it was better than buying a pair as I already had a set at home. He even swapped out my pedals so they would match his old shoes and told me to stop by at the end of the race and he'd switch the pedals back, and he didn't even charge me anything!! I was blown away, such great and caring customer service, helping out a fellow cyclist, you just don't see that anymore. If you're anywhere near Bainbridge and need to visit a bike shop, please stop by BI Cycle - I heartily recommend!!"

"I have been on a search for a good bike shop since my local shop closed. I had a bad experience with a large chain store and decided I wouldn't go back again. As soon as I walked in to this place I knew I found my replacement. They were all super friendly, interested in the story if my bike, and very eager to fix my bike back to commuting happiness. Being the slow season I got a call later the same day with the quote for repairs, totally reasonable price based on 60 miles per week of commuting. Knowing how the repairs went adter my test ride, worth every penny. They had my bike ready for pickup in a day, which I imagine would be difficult in the busy summer season. Overall I am happy to say that the serviced, both customer and technical are excellent. This shop will definitely see me again for parts and repairs for as long as they are around."

"Super friendly people who do whatever they can to help you out. Today I had no appointment, no brakes, and no business asking them to do so much work right before closing. But the team got my bike back to me in 30 minutes and I was able to ride home with new brakes right as they closed. Thanks again!"

"This is the best bicycle shop I’ve been to in many states. Not knowing exactly what I wanted. They used a group effort from the owner to the mechanics to the sales people/managers to figure out my needs and point me in the right direction.. My experience was awesome. They got me on the right type of bicycle for what I’m going to be riding, and were honest, fair and easy to deal with. I would recommend this place to anybody! Hats off to a job well done!. I read the other review that said this place is run by hipsters? Every bicycle shop I’ve ever been to has interesting people that are dedicated to bicycling. If that makes these people hipsters, then I’m glad that I was able to meet such terrific hipsters to sell me the exact bicycle that will give many years of pleasure.
