"They'll charge you 60+, only accept sketchy "cash only" tips (good way to not get tipped because who carries cash anymore?) and then act like you need a new set every other time you go. I've had acrylics (and not even long ones) for 15 years and I've never had them just crack and bust off so bad within a week of getting them done. Also, the woman who was getting her nails done next to me got yelled at in front of a ton of people for accidentally bumping her nails on something. I believe the nail tech asked her "no seriously, do you *really* need to use your phone? Do you really? Are you sure?" (I would understand because hey, you're supposed to be getting your nails done, but she wasn't being obnoxious or meaning to do anything, and then was called out/yelled at in front of everyone else......... Just super awkward). Anyways, I'm just going to go somewhere else. I tried to give the place a shot and had a good run of like, 6 appointments here because it's super close to my house and convenient but it's just bad. Hopefully they read the bad reviews and use it as a learning experience to improve their business. Another lady while I was there was mentioning how she's never seen them so empty and lacking clients over the years but now I can see why...... Not just because of covid. Spend your money somewhere else."

"Was in today and the girl that did my nails was just rude. What happened to customer service? She didn't ask name she talked to her coworkers like I wasn't there. And worst of all kept telling me to relax. How do I do that when you kept getting mad. I really wanted her to realize that she shouldn't be so rude and judemental. I tipped her very well. Everything is so expensive lately so I will go elsewhere to find better service."

"First and last time going here! First my tech was mad I didn’t want the $95 pedi. She left a huge glob of polish on my big toe I mentioned it and she just painted over it! I got home, and one of my nails popped off. I called, they said come in tomorrow they would fix it. I went in today, and was treated like complete trash! They refused to fixed my nails that look like they’re about to bust off! Fixed the one that originally fell off, but left the rest I pointed out I had acrylic under my nails still, and I left with still having acrylic under my nails! Never going back"

"Excellent customer care, staff are very friendly and are engaging. The glass of wine served pushed this to 5.5. Based on the picture, I wouldn't be able to tell who got gell and who was straight polish. Both are still perfect after a week. Chairs are massaging, it is clean and calming in there. Restrooms are available. We didn't have an appointment and were able to get right in on a Thursday after work. Don't forget, grab the glass of wine...it's free."

"Didn’t know perfection until I came here and had Ronnie hook it up. My nails have been perfect every time I have came. I’m in and out in less then 40 minutes. I have a super busy schedule and love the quality of the work and he is quick. This is my go to nail salon. Recently had my brows waxed here too, the also turned out perfectly."
