"We rented two hybrid bikes from the Broken Spoke. I had called a couple of days previously (on the worlds worst phone line) and got everything sorted out and paid for. When we arrived - there were the bikes all ready for us. I had planned to cycle back to Sequim - and had noticed (on the way to Port Townsend) that it wasn't the world's most bike friendly route - when I mentioned this - the guy helping us with the bikes (so sorry I didn't get his name) told me a much more sensible route. So massive thanks for saving me from a traumatic ride home! The bikes were in very good condition - lovely and clean with no weird squeaks or quirks. Thank you so much for everything!"
