"Not happy! They say they open at 10:00 AM. Drove to salon before the time they open. Not open! Made phone call, I got a answering machine. Still waiting outside in parking lot. It is now 10:30. Still not open. Glad I didn't have to drive clear across town. This isn't the first time this has happened."
