"As a walk in, timing was great. So was cost. The color was good, too. However, I don't get my nails done often at all. I assumed that when I asked for my gels off and to get my nails done again with regular polish that that meant a manicure. Which I guess I was wrong about. I was told 2 weeks ago at 1010nails that the gel would keep my nails healthy while keeping them looking good for more than a couple of days. I was told to remove them, they soak them off to keep the nails healthy. Even when I Google how nail salons take them off, it says to soak them. But here they removed my gel polish by grinding it off, and he got my cuticles multiple times. A couple are now red, inflammed, and hurt now. My nails weren't even filed down after they were grinded down, and now a couple have jagged edges. The reason I had gels on in the first place was to keep them healthy. Now they are super thin. Which is highly unfortunate as they were finally healthy again after cancer and years of infertility treatments. My polish has also already started to print markings into the polish, the moment I paid and got into my car. They say online they offer refreshments. I can in with no drink and wasn't offered wine, soda, or even water. Workers seemed nice, although there wasn't much talking, and they seem to have many regulars. So they must have people who have better experiences than I."

"Very, very disappointed. I went in for a fill ($35), some of the nails were lifting so she did the fill, replaced four (4) nails and charged me ($65). Girlfriend it would have been cheaper if you took them ALL off and put on a fresh set ($45). This shows me the new owners are more interested in their profits than their customers."

"Blossom nails changed owners so I had gone elsewhere to get my fills. I was not able to get quality elsewhere so I decided to come back to Blossom Nails to she if I had better service and I’m so glad I did! Everyone was so nice and Ashley and Jade were amazing. I will definitely be returning for my next manicure!!"
