"Frank made sexist jokes while I was waiting for him to cut my husband’s hair plus gave a terrible haircut. He thought the jokes were funny, we weren’t laughing but he kept making them anyways. I didn’t have anywhere to go while waiting so felt trapped and unwelcome. Never giving him business again. This happened 2.5 years ago but I recently learned how to leave google reviews. The incident still makes me mad and I want to warn any future customers."

"Frank is friendly, fast, and thorough. Great shop just off the downtown area. Pricing was fair and shop was clean. I had a wedding to go to and stopped in for a quick cut and was pleasantly surprised how quickly Frank had me looking clean. Even vacuumed up hair clippings."

"If you like your kid, don't bring them to Frank. Within the first minute of my 3 year old son's haircut, Frank yelled at him (which was the only time he even talked to him) and proceeded to get red in the face, shaking mad and forcefully shoving my son's head down. This all happened because my son was moving a little and laughing because the clippers tickled him. My son did nothing wrong and didn't deserve to be treated like that. It was terrible and we will NEVER be going back. If Frank doesn't want to cut children's hair then he should make that clear prior to starting the haircut."
