"Made an 8 am appointment to have my transmission filter and fluid changed. At the time of making the appointment I was told it would be done by 12. Waited 3 weeks for my appointment and dropped my van off on time. Hadn't heard anything from them by 1:45 so I called and they hadn't even started on it yet. I planned my day around this appointment and simply couldn't wait for them to possibly get around to it that day or the next, then why did I make an appointment. Needless to say I picked up my van and will take my business elsewhere. On top of all that they wanted me to drive across the freshly painted entry to the garage to leave. I insisted they lay some cardboard down so I didn't get bright yellow paint on my new tires and possibly have it thrown up onto the side of my van. Can't comment on the quality of their work but the quality of scheduling and customer service is horrible. I'm glad the other reviews had a better experience but I definitely will not be back."

"Brian and his son are very nice, honest, and good mechanics. My mom likes Brian because he doesn't try to overcharge you nor mess up your vehicle for more money. I like them because they kept to the timeframe they said, and were able to do fix something on my car when I took it in for an oil change. Fantastic people!"
